When Mommy Works Out In The Moonlight:

Guess which mommy does that? Out very own Jenny from the block! Yep, the new blooming mom of twins does a heave and a ho in the middle of the night; and all to get rid of her mommy flab.

Now that would be a sight to see, Jennifer Lopez sweating it out when her kiddies and hubby are snoring away in dreamland. Carrying twins can be very taxing for a woman and the amount of weight gained during pregnancy can be a lot. Jenny herself gained about 50 pounds during her pregnancy.

Not many women would think about getting back in shape soon after child-birth and certainly fewer women would fling themselves into a diet and exercise routine
as rigorous as Latino pop’s prime diva.

Healthy weight loss has to be the main objective of any woman who has just delivered and an intake of nutritious food should not be hampered by a weight loss diet. Planning your post-delivery healthy weight loss diet and weight loss personal training before you deliver is a good idea and Jennifer thinks so as well (she spent her last month planning it all!).
