Trip-unhappy In High Heels? Get In Shape:

Okay, repeat after me, “high heels are great, high heels are sexy”.

What? Can’t do that? No problem, Eva Longoria finds them problematic as well. She tripped in her Christian Louboutin wedges! But then, the petite actress would trip in flip flops as well (she admits she is clumsy).

On the flip side, one star who struts her stuff rather confidently in a sky-high pair of high heels is singer Mariah Carey who claims she simply cannot walk on flat shoes. High heels are every woman’s best friends, or at least those who face a shortcoming when it comes to height.

This season’s hot new style of heels comes in a towering measure of six inches. Gasp all you want, but some women would actually fight tooth and nail for a pair of these shoes, not as much for wearing them as to be seen in them.

High heels have been at a cross with many health groups and not to mention women who have seen more than their share of bunions, blisters, corns, hammertoes, muscle sprains and what-not. For people who are a bit bulky or fat, wearing heels can be a real strain.

Which is why those who are reasonably fit or maintain an exercise or workout routine that allows for a margin of fitness are ones who are better suited to walk around in a pair of heels.
