Dee-lish Bodies – Mariah Carey:

Mariah Carey might be the arch-typical diva but boy, you have to admit, the woman has a body that will make you excuse just about any tantrum she throws! After the recent weight loss she has had, she seems set to sizzle the sales of her new album.

One thing you have to say for this golden-voiced singer, losing 30 pounds has done nothing to her sexy curves. Healthy weight loss at its best I say! Her bust still is very buxom (though that might have something to do with plastic surgery), her hips, waist, legs and even her cheeks all have the requisite amount of fat that’s hot enough to look cool.

So how does she do it? In her exercise DVD, Mariah plans on letting in on her healthy weight loss diet and her weight loss training routine. From what I’ve heard though she loves her dish of macaroni and cheese, she swears by a water workout.

Water exercises offer a good weight loss and exercise option for those looking for a non-shock alternative to working out. For her weight loss personal training sessions, Mariah flies in her personal trainer Patricia Gay all the way from St. Barts and works out with her by her pool.
