Popping Veins When You Exercise? No Reason To Worry

Last month Madonna was photographed with her veins standing out very prominently. Angelina Jolie too gets photographed very often with her veins on display. While they don’t look ugly, they certainly signify something – they exercise and are fans of healthy weight loss.

It may sound like a hasty conclusion I’m drawing because after all, bulging veins could be genetic or they could simply be varicose veins. But the ladies in question are well known for their more than ardent fascination for rigorous and demanding exercise.

So when you are exercising what do you do to reduce the appearance of these veins? Can they be avoided from popping?

Well, Body Makeovers knows for a fact that there’s no need to worry. In order for these veins to pop out your body’s fat mass needs to be well below 15 percent. It would be good to add at this point that Angie and Madonna are not exactly known for their wholesome approach towards food. They are hardcore dieters.

But then what about those who have a higher fat mass but also seem to have prominent veins? Some sadly, have genetics to blame. Others have their bodies undergoing a strained process of filtration where muscles swell and toughen up so much that the subcutaneous veins are pressured towards the surface of the skin.

After that it all depends on the subcutaneous fat present in the skin to appropriately cloak the presence or minimize the appearance of popping veins.

Ready To Kick Gladiator A* - Body Makeovers Style:

Season 2 of American Gladiators is going to air on NBC tomorrow and I can’t wait to see all those muscles in their tanned, bulging glory!

The official website claims the show “celebrates the everyday, true American heroes -- weekend warriors who excel and take pride in their physical fitness. These contestants will go up against the show's gladiators -- charismatic and eclectic warriors -- in the ultimate David & Goliath battle.”

This show is a fitness enthusiast’s and wannabe weightlifter’s dream come true, but I love watching it for the sense of health and pure brawn power the gladiators seem to exude. Of course names like Venom, Rocket, Crush and Titan are an added kick (hey, we all have our quirky pleasures!).

For Body Makeovers, American Gladiators is a show that celebrates the healthy body at its best. It reminds us a bit of our favorite reality show Extreme Makeovers, the panel of which had our very own Michael Thurmond.

Healthy weight loss and an awesome body makeover plan were some of the main motivations that got the participants looking their best after a couple of workouts with the Extreme Makeover experts.

Drop by Santa Monica body makeovers for some very amazing weight loss personal training and exercise plans. We love to see people who want to take care of their body but for some reason or another cannot.

Will Smith – The Hollywood Heavyweight Body Makeovers Loves:

We all loved him as the funny (and hunky) sidekick to Tommy Lee Jones in Men in Black and sighed over the alien-busting arms he flexed in Independence Day. I quite liked his intense portrayal of the boxing champion Muhammed Ali in the movie Ali as well.

And then he got the women falling for him all over again as the suave matchmaker in Hitch. He just got awarded the Best Male Performance award for his role in I Am Legend and Body Makeovers couldn’t be less ecstatic for the easygoing actor who has smoothly wriggled his way into millions of womanly hearts!

Will Smith has come of age (as an actor I mean) and over the years he has kept himself in marvelous shape. Of course his choice of movies is undoubtedly a major part of his healthy weight loss secret.

For instance, Ali had Will working out at least 6 hours a day in a 5 days week and relied heavily on a boxing routine and running. His personal trainer made him follow a weight loss training plan that brought his weight to 220 lbs. for the role of the boxing champion.

The actor admits that he finds it tougher to put on weight rather than losing it and that Ali took a lot of effort to prepare. For his latest I Am Legend though he did not have to worry much because of the stable metabolism his body maintained after movies like I Robot and Ali.

Want a workout plan that will give you a body like Will’s to flaunt? Visit the personal trainer in Los Angeles at Body Makeovers.

National Hamburger Month – Should You Get Into The Spirit?:

Wimpy and Jughead must be eating their hearts out every May in honor of National Hamburger Month. While this food item had its origins in the town of Hamburg in Germany, the Americans have made eating hamburgers something of a national pastime.

In a country that consumed at least 11.9 billion burgers in 2007 alone, it would come as no surprise that 85 percent of them consume burgers every month. But how many of these Americans are making a healthy diet decision when they chomp one all-American hamburger?

One of the major components of a hamburger is the beef in it, which if served ground and undercooked is known to cause a form of poisoning known as hamburger disease. Besides, red meat has also been linked to heart disease, not to mention the high amounts of potentially harmful cholesterol (38 mg) and fat (9 g) content found in the average burger.

Body Makeovers frequently hears stories from clients that were partial to hamburgers and as a result bloated up enormously. The healthy diet Los Angeles was thus formulated by our team of dietitians which took care of the healthy weight loss diet of such individuals.

The best part about our weight loss training plan however lies in the fact that the food we serve suits the individual tastes of our clients. We do not tell you to consume food that you may not like.

Why don’t you take an appointment with spa body makeovers and we’ll help you get over National Hamburger Month effortlessly!

Britney Spears – Revamped Mom, Exercise Junkie, Revamped Life:

I’m impressed. I’m very impressed. This must be the biggest turnaround of the century!

Britney Spears, style fiasco and rehab addict has made time in her trouble-besotted life for the gym and boy, is she glowing! Just about everybody remembers the (un) dazzling costume she wore at the MTV Video Music Awards last year.

And then there are those infamous pictures of her either going braless or else wearing incandescent ones. A lot of people gave up hope on her based on all her antics.

The change began trickling in however, after she appeared in a spot on How I Met your Mother. I was amazed by the transformation because she looked so sweet and healthy, two words that couldn’t be associated with Britney Spears.

And now she is reclaiming her body through some healthy exercise and weight loss training at a gym in Los Angeles. A healthy weight loss diet too seems to be on her agenda as she has dropped out of the social and party circuit lately.

It sure is warming to see so much good change in someone so prone to bad luck. A body makeover Los Angeles could be just the thing to propel the 26 year-old singer’s career back on track. Time to say, hit me baby one more time!

Healthy Workouts For The Stressed Mom:

Jill Le Clair, a single parent, is in her mid-forties and was a size 16 for 5 tumultuous years. Life post-divorce was tough for her made her take a decision to get past the skepticism she felt for weight loss training and healthy weight loss diets and get to grips with her individuality.

When she got in touch with Body Makeovers she looked like a woman who had stopped thinking about herself. After following the healthy weight loss diet and the weight loss personal training plan chalked out for her, she was a graceful and well-turned-out size 3 mother.

Jill lost out a whopping 60 lbs off her lumpy frame thanks to the extremely helpful weight loss training program devised by Body Makeovers. A look at her testimonial photograph and you can easily imagine her as one of the immaculately groomed and very fit Desperate Housewives.

But thankfully, Jill no longer has anything to feel desperate about. No unwanted stress and no unhealthy weight. Special Mommy Makeover packages at Body Makeovers emphasize the need for nutritious food and exercises that do not take the life out of working moms who have to be there for their families as well.

Is Curvy Chloe Promoting Obesity?

You all must have heard about Chloe Marshall, the Miss England Contender by now. The fact that she is a size 16 did come across as a bit of a surprise to people all across the world who expect beauty pageant contestants to be slim, blonde and with sufficient curves that look enhanced but are defended as ‘natural’.

Various groups have targeted this beautiful brunette who’s quite a traffic stopper in her own way, of promoting obesity. But the gorgeous Chloe seems to be anything but that. Personally I feel it takes a lot of guts to go up there and stand among women who look like they have popped out of a perfect mold.

Chloe apparently did not feel the need to go the extra mile to lose all of her excess weight because she loves her body and is happy with it and the way she looks. She also exercises enough to keep her fit and does a bit of weight lifting as well. No sign of promoting obesity so far.

Obesity, along with being a physical condition of the body is also a way of thinking. But there is a fine line between delusion and belief that defines when a condition becomes a problem. Chloe says, "What I am promoting is a healthy girl who looks after herself and doesn't try to force her body to be something its not." The girl obviously has no delusions about her body!

At Body Makeover Systems, we help people who are obese and are certain of the problems it poses. Weight loss personal training programs range from Nutrition Only programs to an all-round Athletic Body Makeover. Book an appointment with us today.

Muscular Women And Lanky Men:

Wait. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Apparently not, if what Madonna and Edward Norton project ought to be followed. The singer who is going to turn 50 in a few months is well known for her rigorous weight loss training and nutrition plans, which have culminated in quite a muscular build for a woman.

The Fight Club actor on the other hand, has reprised his lanky frame from his Primal Fear days and has yet managed to make women drool with his honest face and searing performances.

Perceptions of beauty are forever changing and these two individuals are proof of that. There is certainly no stigma attached today to looking good and staying fit. A glance at Madonna’s latest posh spottings demonstrates that this woman can make a well-toned body look sexy. And Norton is dating Salma Hayek after all!

At Body Makeover Systems we encourage men and women to have an open-mind towards weight loss training. Your personal trainer Los Angeles is more than willing to help you stay fit with a customized healthy weight loss diet that goes easy on your body.

At Santa Monica body makeovers you are educated about the nutritional plan that’s best suited for your body and are provided help even after your weight loss personal training has got over.

Do You Have What It Takes To Be The Best Dressed Man?:

Britisher and James Bond actor Daniel Craig does. The stocky Craig topped GQ’s Best Dressed British Men List confirming his position as one of the fittest Bond’s till date.

Even before he was cast for the role of the suave and lethal James Bond in 2006, Craig followed a rigorous fitness and workout plan to prepare him for the role. Talk about dedication! From tags like Mr. Potato Head Craig earned himself admiration as the “Most rugged Bond the franchise has ever seen” according to Zoe Williams of The Guardian.

The actor admits to the tough fitness regime he follows to keep his body in shape for his Bond image, but does not hesitate to state that the routine is limited to only his weekdays. On the weekend he is more than happy to indulge in a whole scale guzzling of Guinness.

For those not fortunate enough to be blessed with Craig’s nonchalant approach to weight loss personal training get down to Body Makeover Systems. An open-minded and interesting approach to healthy weight loss has kept our body makeover Los Angeles facility at the top of the league.

Sharing a philosophy similar to the approach promoted by our founder Michael Thurmond, the establisher of the Original Six Week Body Makeover plan, we offer men and women to realize their dreams of a fit and buffed body.
